The chambers are precision cut and polished to a maximum Roughness Average (RA) of 16, meeting Match Grade SAAMI specification. The pre-hardened 416R stainless steel is stress relieved after rifling, with a final hardness of 38-42 Rockwell C. The final dimensions are held to a +/- 0.0002" deviation for maximum consistency, accuracy, and quality.

To ensure an attractive and durable finish, the barrels are bead blasted to create a satin finish prior to plating. The LANTAC 9INE Barrel is available in three finish options: Stainless Steel, Satin Blast Finish with an ultra-smooth hBN (Hexagonal Boron Nitride) Bore & Chamber, Gold TiN (Titanium Nitride) with an ultra-smooth hBN Bore & Chamber, and Black DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) with an ultra-smooth hBN Bore & Chamber.

Installation is a breeze as these barrels are drop-in fit, eliminating the need for gunsmithing. For added versatility, the barrels are available with and without suppressor threads in 1/2-28 TPI RH.
