What sets this BCG apart is its advanced NiB, Electroless Nickel Boron coating. Unlike standard NiB coatings, the patented UCT EXO process provides extreme lubricity with a friction coefficient of just .02. With a surface hardness of 82-85 Rockwell C, this BCG is built to last.

The innovative design of this BCG features unique shrouded and forward-facing gas ports. These ports have been resized to vent gas differently from a standard carrier, resulting in a flatter running system with a smoother energy pulse. This also leads to cooler and cleaner operation, and less pressurization of the upper receiver when running a suppressed barrel.

The flared boss at the tail of the carrier enhances the BCG's position within the buffer tube, allowing for a flatter and more controlled reciprocation of the assembly. This, in turn, increases lock time and ensures smoother operation.

The LANTAC CP-R360-H patent-pending domed cam pin is machined from 17-4PH stainless steel and hardened to H900 condition. Its ultra-smooth head reduces wear within the upper receiver, further enhancing the longevity of your firearm.

With forward porting and a unique shape, this BCG also helps to reduce pressurization inside the upper receiver, a common issue with short barrel rifles running suppressors. However, it is important to note that while the E-BCG® mitigates this problem, it may not be a complete solution as all rifles are different. Over-gassed guns will still experience some level of pressurization.
