The barrel is made from 4150CMV steel, stress relieved, and Armornite treated. With a 1:8 twist and 5R rifling, it ensures exceptional accuracy. The GVAC profile and nickel boron coated barrel extension further enhance its performance. The barrel also features 1/2X28 TPI muzzle threads for easy attachment of accessories.

Equipped with a pinned low-profile GVAC gas block made from 4140CM steel, the gas system of the GVAC system ensures reliable and efficient operation. The mid-length GVAC direct-impingement system further enhances its performance.

The Gemtech ETM flash hider, made from 4140CM steel, is the perfect complement to the GVAC system. It effectively reduces muzzle flash and provides a streamlined shooting experience.

The bolt carrier group is crafted from Carpenter 158 steel bolt and 8620 steel carrier. It is Mil-Spec MP tested and finished with a Mag-Phos coating. For added convenience and versatility, the GVAC system features a 15” Midwest Industries Combat M-LOK free-float seven-sided M-LOK handguard. This handguard is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and treated with a Type III hard coat anodized finish. It also includes a continuous MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny top rail and integrated QD sling sockets.
