The Match Series barrel starts with 416-R stainless steel, which is known for its superior strength and durability. It features 5R rifling, a hybrid rifling design in which the lands are opposite the grooves. This reduces sharp angles, resulting in less deformation of the jacket and increased velocity. Additionally, the 5R rifling makes cleaning the barrel easier.

Chambered in .223 Wylde, a hybrid chamber that takes full advantage of the 5R rifling, this barrel offers better accuracy and less bullet jump. To ensure your safety, each barrel undergoes individual magnetic particle inspection (MPI) testing.

After rigorous testing, the barrels are treated with a Nitride finish both inside and out. This process locks in the bore, improving barrel life and protecting against the elements.
